This Privacy Policy describes how Coinediction, LLC ("Coinediction") collects, uses, stores and shares your information whenever you www.coinediction.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you consent to the data practices prescribed in this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”). We may periodically post changes to this Policy on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this Policy often. When required by law, we will notify you of any changes to this Policy.

What We Collect

When you use the Site, we automatically collect information sent to us through your computer, mobile phone, or other access device. This information may include your IP address, device information, operating system, location, mobile network information, browser type, traffic to and from the Site, and the pages you accessed on the Site. Coinediction does not intentionally collect information from or about any individual who is under 18 years old, and such users are prohibited from using the Site.

If you create an account with Coinediction, we, or our affiliates vendors acting on our behalf may collect the following types of information (“Personal Information”):

  • Contact information - your name, address, phone, email, and other similar information;
  • Identity verification information - your date of birth, taxpayer or government identification number, a copy of government-issued identification, or other Personal Information. We may also obtain information about you from third parties such as credit bureaus and identity verification services; and,
  • Financial information - the full bank account and routing numbers and/or credit card numbers that you use to either sell Predictions or purchase Predictions, as well as any information required to execute, verify or validate the transaction.

When you use the Site, we collect information about your transactions and/or your other activities on the Site and we may continuously collect information about your computer, mobile device, or other access device for fraud prevention purposes, to improve the user experience, and to better understand our Users.

Use of Information

Coinediction will not provide, sell, lease, share or trade your Personal Information to any third parties for marketing purposes. We may use your Personal Information to:

  • Provide customer support;
  • Process transactions and send notices about your transactions;
  • Contact you in any way to resolve a dispute; collect fees; troubleshoot problems;
  • Investigate and attempt to prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and/or violations of our Terms & Conditions;
  • Improve the Site’s design and interface;
  • Match you with suggested Analysts;
  • Deliver service update notices; and
  • Verify your identity by comparing your Personal Information against third-party databases.

We will not use your Personal Information for purposes other than those purposes we have disclosed to you, without your permission.

Third-Party Service Providers

We work with third party service providers who provide website, application development, hosting, maintenance, and other services for us. These third parties may have access to, or process your Personal Information as part of providing those services to Coinediction. We attempt to limit the information provided to these service providers to that which is reasonably necessary for them to perform their functions.

Information Disclosure

Under the following circumstances, Coinediction will disclose your Personal Information in full or in part:

  • With your prior consent, Coinediction may disclose your Personal Information to a third party;
  • If you are found to be in violation of any laws, regulations or Coinediction Terms & Conditions;
  • To other Users to make an informed decision on whether to transact with you;
  • Coinediction reserves the right to decide to provide any necessary information or contact information to facilitate the completion of a transaction or dispute resolution during a transaction created on the Coinediction platform.

Content Policy

User Profiles. You may have the opportunity to create a profile, which consists of information about you, and may include Personal Information, your employment history, your prediction history, amount earned, success rate, purchaser feedback/rating information and other information, including your username (“Profile”). The information in your Profile may be visible to all Users and the general public. If, in any case, you believe that an unauthorized profile has been created about you, you can request for it to be removed by contacting us at hi@coinediction.com

Predictions. Upon submitting a Prediction for sale on the Site, you acknowledge that this Prediction is no longer proprietary (if it ever were) or private and that it may become publicly available. Further, its performance will be publicly available and associated with your Personal Information. Pursuant to the Terms & Conditions, you have no claim to ownership or privacy of the performance and Coinediction has no obligation to remove it or prevent it from being distributed to other websites or the public.

International Users & Governing Law

By using the Site, you will transfer data to the United States. If you access the Site from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use different from those of the United States, then please note that you are transferring your Personal Information outside of those regions to the United States for storage and processing. Additionally, we may transfer date with your Personal Information from the United States to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating the Site. By providing any information, including your Personal Information, on or to the Site, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.

By choosing to visit the Site or otherwise provide information to us, you agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this Policy will be governed by the law of the State of Florida and the adjudication of any disputes arising in connection with Coinediction or the Site will be in accordance with the Terms.

California Residents

We will not share any Personal Information with third-parties for their direct marketing purposes to the extent prohibited by California law. If our practices change, we will do so in accordance with applicable laws and will notify you in advance.

The storage and exchange of information

Any information collected by Coinediction or Coinediction affiliated companies will be stored on its servers. This data may be transmitted without respect to jurisdiction to any servers operated by Coinediction.

Information security

Coinediction has security measures in place to ensure that your information is not lost, abused, or altered. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please take note that there are no “perfect” security measures in the information network.

Please protect your Personal Information, and only provide Personal Information when absolutely necessary while using the Site. If you suspect that your Personal Information has been compromised, especially account and/or password information, please contact Coinediction customer service immediately.
